if this launch commands are for a steam game then all you need to separate them is a space.
ex. i used this in Dota 2 long time ago : -console -novid

Hyphens, '+' symbols, it depends on the commands you're using.
For example, here's some an old TF2 idling commands:
-applaunch 440 -textmode -nosound -novid -nopreload +map achievement_idle

If you remove the commas from the above, you've already got a space in there to separate them.
It may not sound right, but it is ¬_¬

Use spaces. like +dxlevel 90 +console +windowed +width 800 +height 600
Like that.

How do you put in multiple launch commands? I tried to google it a few different ways, but couldn't find what I wanted.
Do you use commas, for example: +r_rootlod #2, +mat_picmip #2, +mat_reducefillrate #1
Or hyphens or what? I'd appreciate it if an example is used (you can just use mine) so I know exactly what to do. Thank you.
