i have won a giveaway but the guy didnt give me a key so i checked the circle ( not recived ) and i have reported him 4 days ago but no answers.
What should i do?

You probably won't get your key, but you still have to report him. If you reported before 1 week from the Giveaway end, you should wait a bit more, if not, you should contact the creator and if he/she does not send the key, report him/her.
