Ok so I got to the 2nd part but I don't see anything on that page. Is it safe to say that string of letters above is the next clue ?

Which string of letters? The one I posted here?
That's nothing to do with the puzzle. I was just headbutting the keyboard.

Thanks.
I'd got to the nonsense-sentence part and I could have sworn I tried 1 and 8 but oh well, it was fun trying.

I lost my gift somewhere on the road from my inventory to this site, and I can't find it.
It's nothing special, just a Normal gift, and it was about 1cm in diameter. It got some cars on the package, but I have no idea if that helps you. Furthermore, do I have no clue if Questions could help, because there are at least 9 different answers to them. I hope the gift doesn't get too Dirty, otherwise I'd have to get a new one... :/
Your help would be really appreciated...
The search for the gift ends on Friday, 2 PM-ish.
Hint-int-int-ints:
1.) I think I've seen some Roman Emporor walking around with a Torch, I don't know what that means, but he sure looked suspicious.
2.) Hmmm, there are some words written here, but they just don't make any sense... Maybe if I try to use the last letters... no, that's not it... I think some of the words stand for numbers too, but that's just my unqualified guess.
Solution:
First, just search for the words which are written big, although they shouldn't be, and the numbers in my text.
Those 5 letters are a giveaway code for a public giveaway I made some time ago.
In the description of this GA there is a hidden string, which appears to be normal Base64, but if decoded, it just gives some random .... thingy.
One needs to rotate all the letters of this string by 13. (ROT13, the hint with the emporer) Now it is Base64, and it can easily be decoded. It's 2x Base64, then ASCII, followed by HEX.
Now you have a sentence, which doesn't make any sense at first look. Now just take the first letter of every word, except the first and last word, which stand for numbers. And Ta-Daaaaaa, there you go. My Giveaway...
It was Trackmania 2 Stadium btw.
