If that's all the information you give us, there is no way we can assist you. Perhaps, if you traded for them they could have been stolen and therefore revoked.

Someone could have accessed your account. You may want to change password, increase your security, etc.

In this case, first thing I'd do is change passwords, enable steam guard, change email, enable two step authentication on email.

ONLY then worry about stolen items, I suppose you got hacked(?), did you open any suspicious links? that might have downloaded virus, also contact steam support if this is your first time, they'll give stolen items back, though they do it only once, so next time you must be extra careful.

makes me wonder how can someone access you account from a different IP address because they need to access your Email to get the Steam Guard Code unless you are stupid to disable Steam Guard.....This is the reason Steam wants to implant the Steam Guard App on Android Phones and delay trade for 3 days to those who don't have the App. So rather than rely on Mail they go Apps....

No, because I've never held onto more than 0 CSGO keys at any one time ;)

I'll assume you checked your inventory history and seen you didn't sent them away to some other account, for example as brother's joke or real scam/hack.

In that case, I'd contact Steam Support. If you traded to get those keys, it might turn out those keys were obtained using illegal way (stolen credit cards) and Valve simply revoked them - contact Steam to get your items back, AS LONG AS you used one Steam's Trade Window.

If you're talking about your in-game inventory, then this is normal, but cs:go inventory is usually bugged, but only in-game. BUT, if you went to your steam inventory and there were no keys there, then you probably got scammed. See your trade history. Do you see your 10 keys there? Have they been sent to someone? Have you recently clicked any weird link? Gave your password to anyone? Any information would be helpful.
