How to tell if a game has been given for free before?

So I wanted to create a giveaway for Forsaken Uprising and never once seen it for free. Has anyone seen it free before? Or is there a list somewhere with all the games that were free once.

That doesn't help, actually. Sure, free games will be on the list, but with nothing indicating they were free, no way to filter it to only once free titles or anything else that would answer the question.

If you see game in bundle list, but can't make giveaway it mean game was free. That's what I wanted to say.
