Humble Bundle, I did not want it...

Hi,
Maybe it was my fault, but I think, that I paused a month on Humble Bundle...but now I see, that I got Humble Choice for 12 dollars and it was payed yesterday thru paypal...
Anyone knows, if I can cancel it and get my money back? + let it paused again?

Edit: now I checked email I did not find paused a month...so it was my fail :(

I have loads of games, that I did not even install... My biggest problem is not much time to play :(

Know your pain man, I did it once too... at least ppl on steamgifts were happy coz i gifted most of them :P

At first I was really shocked... I worked a lot that month, so thats why I forgot on it...
And thats a good plan :-) At least somebody will be happy :-)

If you haven't revealed keys HB do offer refunds sometimes, however I don't know if that'll change the plan you're on (it shouldn't but you never know)

You could send an email and see what they say

I did not reveal them, but I do not want to risk Classic plan...I even skiped most of the months...but maybe there will be good month in future, maybe on Christmass.
Maybe I should search a doctor, because I do not have much time to play, but I still search good discounts on games I would play, but mostly I do not even install them (my backlog is huge).

I've done this before, all I had to do was contact customer support on their website saying that I forgot to pause

ah, I knew it, thanks, I did pause a month. So we have to double check if we get confirmation email about pausing...

If they keep adding clicks to pause the subscription every month, it's going to take 20 mn of clicking soon.
I thought I'd paused too. Didn't see the email so I checked again and I guess I didn't click enough so I did it again.
