Almost entered a giveway today ...

Until I read the description and read something along the lines of "I just won this game but don't like it so I'm giving it away" ... Went to his profile and he just won the game 2 hours before he made the giveaway, isn't this against the rules?

Should I report the giveaway or just leave it alone? Does this happen a lot on this site?

check his steam acct first if he did activated it. If he didn't, report and put the hammer down on that bastard

I checked that too, forgot to put it in the post, he doesn't have the game in his library. reported him.
