The title of the puzzle is "Owl City & Carly Rae Jepsen - Good Time", so you should go to that video. Then look for the comment by I Am A Turtle(xkcd 889, also referenced by the link to the game from here) -- you can use ctrl-f to find it or set comments to "Newest First"(the general hint). It says 2:28-2:32, so you should simply write what is said in the video between those 4 seconds "Doesn't matter where, it's always a good time there"

Great games! I just recently completed Life Is Strange and it's one of my favorite games of all time. I also really enjoyed Gone Home, To The Moon, and A bird Story. I haven't played Dragon Age yet and don't own The Wolf Among Us, so thanks for the giveaway :)

The Wolf Among Us is really similar to Life is Strange in how it plays, and it has the same high quality writing so you should like it I think. Although the story is quite completely different. Have you played the other Telltale games? Oh, and Dragon Age is really different to the others and I'm not sure it belongs here, but it is a brilliant story and it is sad so I went with it.
