When it says 5+more copies are considered group giveaway does it include 5 or not?

Correct. You can give up to 5 copies (whether in one giveaway, or in multiple different giveaways) without any "penalty." The sixth copy you give away will be at reduced CV.

I thought group giveaways were for giveaways created with steam group membership requirements. What does the number of copies have to do with it?
