Not at the moment, however, it would be nice to have them distribute points to all group members in the future.

Would be nice but wouldn't points distribute too fast for those groups if they already have around 3 giveaways every 2 days?

I think group/private giveaways aren't even listed in your profile, so if you do giveaway them - your account appears to be clean anyway.
