I think I'll go with:
- 11-11 Memories Retold (November 2019) idled for 5.5 hours - done - basically it's a typical Hollywood war blockbuster, manipulative and visually beautiful. Not a fan. I'm not saying it's a bad game - after all, one of the protagonists is voiced by Sebastian Koch, and we get to play as a kitty for a little bit; also liked the substory about a language barrier (although it has been done so much better in a Russian movie "The Cuckoo" about a Russian soldier, a Finnish sniper and a Lapp woman brought together during WW2).
Hacknet (December 2016) idled for 4.5 hours(not my cup of tea at all, added a replacement)The Norwood Suite (February 2018) idled for 3.1 hours(music in this game is apparently very important to its authors, but it sounds like cacophony to me, can't play it, added another replacement)- Truberbrook (April 2020) idled for 5.7 hours - done - this German point-and-click promises a lot, but turns out to be pure mediocrity. It also features probably the most ridiculous and poorly written villain I've ever seen in games.
- Tiny Echo (June 2017) idled for 3.5 hours - done - yet another tiny Samorost-like game that's defininely not a must-play, but still a very cozy, relaxing short experience.
- The Darkside Detective (January 2019) idled for 4 hours - done - loved this pixelated point-and-click comedy (thanks for the event, this game somehow managed to slip under my radar). Humor might have been a bit all over the place, but often hilarious and almost never vulgar.
- Beyond Eyes (November 2016) idled for 4.0 hours - done - unfortunately didn't really enjoy this one despite endearing pastel visuals and a curious concept (a little blind girl explores her surroundings while actually only being able to perceive what's literally next to her); I've spent maybe a third of the whole game wandering aimlessly being completely lost, and game ending was senselessly cruel to a player.

An hour ago, I just beat Vampyr (and it was really great).

You are correct. It does not count for the purpose of this event.

Yes it does so long as you can provide an achievement showing that you reached the end. Preferably one that I can look up on your Steam profile and not imgur.

I was wondering if I could play Besiege as I have gotten one achievement and have 17 in game minutes at the moment. I can definitely redo the one or two tutorial levels if required, with some screenshots to show proof.
I'm planning to play through most of the monthlies in order going forward. I was wondering if I could log other monthlies that I am not eligible for such as Towerfall Ascension where I have already completed a couple of levels, as due to some family troubles I really couldn't play much last month for the challenge. I am planning to mark these as ineligible and only for logging purposes as I thought it would be fun.

Sorry but no. Once you have any amount of play time, it no longer qualifies. Makes my life easier to keep things simple, rather than make judgment calls on what is and is not okay.

You can do as you like, so long as you show that you have completed 6 eligible games during the event. There is no need to tell me which games you plan on playing beforehand; just a simple comment saying you are done with proof is good enough.

Idled time is fine. Actually playing a part of the game beforehand is not. You are free to play this game for the event.

Hello hello and welcome all to the madness.
The challenge is simple: Play and beat any 6 games, starting today, that have been featured in any given Humble Monthly/Choice bundle in one month.
The prize: Wasteland 3
Game length does not matter and I'm not looking for 100% achievement runs. So long as you play and beat 6 games, I'm happy. You can go easy mode and play a bunch of 1h games or go crazy and play 6 +30h games. So long as they were in a monthly at a given point, it is all good.
Just post a comment with either screenshots/ achievements showing that you fulfilled the criteria and I'll add on Steam and give you the link. Feel free to share your thoughts on the games you've played, but it is not required.

Why you doing this?
I hate money. That and I realized I've been subbed to the monthly for nearly five years (yes it has been that long, I checked) and it occurred to me that I've barely touched the games I've gotten from it, let alone played them. Figured the same would be true for a few others, so I figured this is a good way to change that. A sensible person would probably unsub in this situation, but please refer to the beginning as to why that will not happen.
Why six games?
The first few monthlies had 6/7 games in them so I went with that.
How long are you going to do this?
Until my credit card statements gives me nightmares.
This event "ends" on October 2nd when the next HB Choice releases, though the giveaway itself will end the next day. If you manage to finish game number six in between that time, feel free to post, but know that I cannot guarantee that I'll be able to give you the link in time.
