New to the place and i have some questions

Go to forums, then go to faqs/rules.

Edit: If someone is giving away a particular game, then look it up in the search. If nothing comes up for your game, then nobody is giving it away (at least publicly. There are private/group giveaways that giveaway games but you have to be apart of that whole gig in order to enter into it).
