Because you know bad people :P i know some ps3 owners too and some xbox360...at xbox360 you would be right, they have mostly a modded console(drive or jtag/rgh) and some of them have a second too for online gaming...but ps3? only know that two of them have a cfw on it, because i installed it...the other ones wont lost the multiplayer function xD...

Oh damn, think you understand me wrong :D just wanted to point out that the ps3 has really less pirates, or active pirates because of the bad games support...ok now, after the key got leaked there are more games...but not even all...there are pirates everywhere...but at ps3 there are propably the smallest number of pirates...what you mean is right and i feel like you :D was maybe a misunderstanding xD...

No misunderstanding at all! Actually, my reaction was about the amount of piracy and consoles. I do not think that it's safe to say that one console has more pirates over the other. We need more specific numbers to conclude that. What is certainly safe to say though is that PC gamers are by far more compared to all console players together, not to mention the PC gamers that own a console or many consoles as well. Therefore, we have a clear winner and there's no doubt about it.
This means more sales and of course more piracy!
Therefore, whoever is accusing the PC scene for increased piracy over the consoles is either a monkey or there's something more into that and we need to investigate further to find out the actual reasons... (Marketing tricks for console exclusivity at least for a limited period, Decreased development cost/effort/time and so on)

people will ALWAYS find a way to get digital content for FREE one of the benefits/problems with the world wide web i guess but i trust rockstar will bring it to pc after initial release date (i hope the next red dead will be on PC or at least bring this red dead up in hurrr nothing like modding open-world games and rockstar makes the best ones)

There were already some threads about this weeks ago, they will probably release it for PC and a petition would anyway change nothing.
The worst could be that this petition will fail and Rockstar sees that and won't release a PC version because of that.

Trust me they will release it for PC , But after the Console version ( Month or two ) .
Just like L.A Noir + Max Payne 3 and also the other GTA`s .
Also those who complains about Pirates are really ASSHOLEs , There is also pirates in consoles + PC always have Best sales in Over Time ( Consoles only good at first month + 2 sales , then the game is dead + used copys all over the place ) .

petition only has 125,000 signatures, maybe if it had a few million it would actually make a difference, but at this stage rockstar will just look at that at laugh all the way to the bank $$$

yh but each of those 10m accounts pay around 200$ a year to Blizzard, instead of just $40-$60 once.
Don't get me wrong 154k sales at that price would make enough money for them to pay for a port but Rockstar don't care about PC gaming like Blizzard do, they probably won't do it until later down the line unless they know it will either make them look good or make a good profit.

There will be PC version later. I will wait same amount of time before buying it as they will wait before releasing PC version (at least I will save some money), cause screw this console elitist bullcrap.

If you guys havent heard Rockstar will not release a pc version for gta 5 (i heard because people pirate it) and in the trailer it only shows ps3 and xbox , there is also a petition going on right now i think so if this affects you , you might wanna participate in this , well this doesnt affect me because my pc wont probably be able to run thats why im getting it for my ps3 <3 (Console fag right there)
