GTA 5 Might not come to the PC

same old story as with GTA IV ..... still remember those topics that gta iv won't come to PC and after some months it did ....and the piracy thing it seems its just harder them to collect real data for consoles then for PC in piracy :/

The only game I remember they didn't release for the PC in recent years was Red Dead Redemption.

Everything else came for the PC.

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron was repeatedly publicized by the developer about not going to have a PC port, yet they made it anyway.

ever since gta 4 turned out the way it did (♫♪ baBummmm... ♫♪) and saints row the third turned out the way IT did (♫♪ babaBAAAA!! ♫♪), i honestly dont give a crap about whatever rockstars doing any more... i just want to know what volition is doing, and hoping deep silver doesnt fuck it up :)

The thread is 2 months old and everybody knows it'll be released for PC eventually.

They ALWAYS say it will be a console exclusive. Then, after 6 months, it comes out for PC as well.
If you want to kill the wait, give the iCEnhancer mod for GTA 4 a try. :)
Personally I don't like the new 3-charachters mechanic. Unless you'll be allowed to play coop with friends. That I wouldn't mind.

Honestly I'd rather have Red Dead Redemption. I'd pick it over GTA V.

I can say this. if they do not release a pc version. I will never buy another rockstar game again. Released or not. the PC market is much larger then Console and has a much more involved market as well.. a developer does not need to do much but release a game and the users will populate it with mods and other things.

Yes, Piracy is a issue. why don't they just become like Mojang. give the game for free and then put a donation box ingame or dlc for money. solves the issue of piracy. pirates will promote and or mod the game and the developer gets money. everyone wins.

They always make a crap port/ poorly optimized version for the PC, wonder why it doesn't sell, decide to not put effort on their next port and make it even crappier...

After Microsoft infected GTA 4, making it the most buggy release ever, with copy protection hurting the legal players, installing bloatware on the side running 24/7 even when not playing, social network no one wants, requiring multiple installations before it runs, requiring multiple patchs, being a resource hog specially with graphic card memory (just like Vista). The pirated version actually ran smoother and had less problems after ripping out that crap. People who actually purchased the game first off, either returned it or cracked it or just waited around before they could play.

any GTA should be on PC.. it is one of those games which is better to play in a PC.. that's not good Rockstar..
