Well, Steam wasn't just 'down'.
It was having a massive info leak and probably one of the most dangerous bugs since 2003.
They should make a new website called 'issteamleakingmycreditcardinfoagain?'

Yesterday Steam is down, so many people go to "Is Steam Down" (https://issteamdown.com/) to see is steam down or not. But they found is steam down is down too. Just in case all these sites are down like yesterday, they made a new site:Is IsSteamDown Down? (http://www.isissteamdowndown.com/)
So if steam is down you can check Is Steam Down to see steam is down or not, if steam and Is Steam Down down you can check Is IsSteamDown Down to see if steam and Is Steam Down down!
