[HELP]Created giveaway, sent gift and user won't respond!

So I created a giveaway about 6 days ago and once it was done I sent the gift by e-mail and marked it as sent, I waited about a day and then tried to contact the winner on steam and he wouldn't respond! What do I do? His profile is http://www.steamgifts.com/user/alinesmac

Was it a gift or a key?

  • If it's a gift, wait 7 days, request a new winner, then pull back the gift and send to new winner
  • If it's a key and you already sent it, wait 7 days, then contact support work with them on the best possible resolution as that key is ethically considered lost.
