Whitelists and Levels

Do whitelists override levels? I have some gifts that I would like to give that I want to add a minimum level to but not apply that level to people on my whitelist.

Like Delta said, No. Level overrides anything else, group, whitelists etc.

Thanks. That's a bit frustrating. Seems like I am going to have to add a ton of people to my blacklist instead. I would love to get involved in the development a bit and work on the search filters and giveaway restrictions.
