[Tier 1] I'm a little Lost whether I shouldn't go for a higher tier...
[Tier 2] I always enjoyed giving Groupees my money without knowing what they'll give me for it. I'm glad someone picked up the torch to continue that tradition once in a while.

I tried activating Unheard from someone in a trade (I think the person is from Europe, I'm from Latam), but I got an error message:

"Not Available
Sorry, but is not available for purchase in this country. Your purchase has been cancelled."

However, the game is available in my region. Not sure what happened.

That is really weird.
According to this, customers from Europe should receive https://steamdb.info/sub/306444/ which can be redeemed everywhere.
There is one package that cannot be redeemed in LATAM https://steamdb.info/sub/821996/ (it's called "ROW" but it's not actually "ROW"), so if that's what you receive, then it means that Humble Bundle sneakily replaced the region-free keys with locked ones (cannot be redeemed in SEA, RU/CIS, LATAM, Turkey).

The package you activate and whether the game is sold in your country or not have nothing to do with each other.

I see. So it was just a very badly placed message that tells very little.

I just gave the key back to the trader, since there was nothing I could do.

But yeah, very weird. I don't remember this happening with a bundle before, but maybe buyers should keep an eye out for this, if they're trading or gifting.
