This game needs to use the gps in the phone to detect when people are driving and disable the app until people stop there cars ive never seen so many people swerving in there cars as of late and most all of them are sitting there holding there phones up in front of them.....

haha yea not sure how they could implement a designated driver if they were to block the game while driving,but im going to assume they will implement something once the lawsuits start to role in lol.

There is a max speed limit for the app so you can't use it to its full extent [30/40 Km - not sure which].

its not so much the speed its more about people using it in traffic and start and stop roads crosswalks etc :)

The only way that could feasibly done is by speed which would also then effect those on buses/trains as well as passengers. I'm in the UK and here it's illegal to use your phone whilst driving, which includes at traffic lights or queued in traffic and as such it wouldn't matter what an individual was doing on the phone.
