Can you see how many giveaways a specific group has made?

You cant, unless you trawl through current and previous members if you somehow know all their usernames here. So in short - nope.

Don't tell you didn't expect it? Groups can't do giveaways, only it's users on past, present and future, so how you could manage to stack that information if the group don't track it and show it publicly? As for example does Bundleicious.
