A witchhunt, the thing you are proposing, calls into question a user's motives and actions without justification and to the direct detriment of the wellbeing of the user. If the user is doing something wrong, the support volunteers will handle it, you are not needed to ensure that. If the user is not doing anything wrong you will have attacked their reputation and chased off users from a giveaway with no reason or right, making you the bad guy. Vigilantism is not supported because a vigilante has neither the tools nor the authority to make such judgements.
In the case of a wrongly labeled giveaway, it will end up deleted and the points refunded. Nobody loses.

No well as faith said in his other comment, it happens alot people mark it received not even knowing they redeem the wrong thing, and if noone reports it (with so many users things will slip through, especially with giveaways from sites like Marvelousga) gifter gets points, and winner is the one risking a suspension.
This happens everytime something free is given out, and usually alot of people giving free games, stay giving free games only.
Not agreeing with how op adresses the situation though.
