They could just use ISO 8601 (simple: YYYY-MM-DD; full: YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss+TZ) like the rest of civilization, instead, they sticked to this weird format DD/MM/YYYY (or maybe MM/DD/YYYY? who knows...)

YYYY-MM-DD and DD/MM/YYYY make sense, MM/DD/YYYY absolutely does not :)

I hate slash format, because it can be confused with USA date style eg: 08/09/2020 is 8th September or 9th August?
The "dot" (08.09.2020) or "dash" style (2020-09-08) is way less confusing since you can't mess it up with USA style ;)

It's always one month after the sale event ends, so August 9th - Sale ended July 9th.
