I have five eligible games and haven't gotten a single one.

With just five you're probably gonna have to wait quite some time. I have 320 eligible and I get one booster every 2-3 weeks or so

It depends on a couple things, if I remember right. The first is eligible games, so someone with 600 eligible games would have a higher rate than someone with five. In addition, your level helps the rate per every ten levels, but I don't remember the exact formula.

It's +20% every 10 levels. i don't know if it stops adding percentage after a certain point. Also I seem to recall reading somewhere that in the whole formula they also take into consideration how long it's been since you had a drop so the longer it's gone by without one, the higher your chances. However since I can't remember where I read that I can't vouch for it's validity

wow.. once a month? You guys are lucky..

To put it into perspective, i've won two games here at SG and only got one booster pack but then again, I'm just a level 20ish 10 yr veteran. Maybe I have to really level up, which I think is useless except for.. oh wait.. now i get it!

lol

Well, you have better chances to get a booster pack for some obscure or niche games. I got 12 or 13 packs and most of them were for either puzzle/hidden objects kinda games or for japanese/japanese-like anime ones. Never got any boosters for Skyrims or Batmans or stuff like that. I suppose the system distributes an equal number of packs for each game so having less people playing the game helps.

I have 25 eligible games and have gotten 2 total. One was for 6180 the moon and the other was for Aperture Tag, which makes me wonder if the boosters are assigned alphabetically...

I have about 300 eligible games and am level 13. I have recieved 1 (!) booster pack so far. At all. So I can't really tell the rate, plus what I read here makes me wonder why I don't get them more often.

I just reached level 60 the other day and I have about 300 eligible games. I've been keeping track of my boosters just recently and have received one every Friday or Saturday for the past 4 weeks. (Pretty sure I was getting 1 at roughly the same rate before I started keeping track.) Think I read somewhere that percentage increase stops after level 50. I also heard it's not possible to get more than 1 drop per week but I don't know if that's true or not. Would love to hear from some of these level 200+ guys.

I havent kept track of my booster drops, but I think I get about 3/month - Im level 90 with 342 eli. games. Seems to me that amount of games weighs heavier than steamlvl.

i get them once per month. i suppose it's based on your steam level and how many games with cards you have.

Maybe once a month, sometimes more. I have gotten a few while creating a badge for games, once for the same game I was creating the badge for.

Once a month

About once a month, which really should've been an option. There's a huge difference between one a week and one every four weeks.

there's even larger difference between 1 and 6 months.

Math for the win!

I know, but I just meant that it seems like most people get one about every 3-4 weeks, so having the option of 1-4 includes too many people with different rates. And then there's the issue of people who get 1/month falling into both the 1-4 weeks bracket and the 1-6 months bracket.
