It's got to be enrolled by the GA creators. I approached support with a similar issue (duplicate win, creator was offline for weeks) and they told me that they were unable to re-roll a giveaway unless the GA creator requested it.
I'd post weekly on the original giveaways that you are requesting re-rolls, it's at least proof to the community that you are trying and it may be the only way to get a message to the GA creators. Good luck!

I had won them while I was banned for five weeks, I unmarked them as "Received"
and messaged the giveaway creator to please take back the key and reroll but F.A.C.K. if it's probably already too late.
If you were suspended for five weeks, it's impressive enough that neither rerolled on you, or bothered following through in their obligations to check your ownership through all that time.
In any case, so long as the key is unused and you neither mark 'Received' or 'Not Received', and you comment at least once in the giveaway explaining the situation, it'll neither flag on SGT nor cause problems with SG staff.

So Steam finally loaded up, but I discovered that I had won two keys of the same game a month ago. I had won them while I was banned for five weeks, I think, and I kind of ...procrastinated with fixing it.
Also turns out, I have the game already, anyway! So those two keys are sitting in my "Win" pile and I don't know how to..give them back.
How do I get rid of these atom bombs. How, where is the nearest pit where I can put them. Should I just put them in an orphan key drop thread?
