Maybe, maybe not. Often the money-off vouchers apply even in sales on GMG. And if you can be bothered you can get playfire rewards and GMG credit for stupid stuff that can significantly reduce the cost of games also. (Which is the only time I buy from GMG).
I don't know how likely it is but people could be getting there copies significantly lower than the advertised price on GMG and selling them on...

it's 3,8 pounds with -20% coupon. I was thinking that they get it with credits there aswell but when ppl with over 14k +reps sell it that cheap i guess they got more then 1copy, so they should have like 10pound in credits to hold this love price and make some profit.

I think I easily got more than £10 in credit writing game reviews one time when I wanted Borderlands 2 - but I think they put a stop to that. But yeah, probably unlikely given what you said.
Unless of course people are buying RoW keys from another region or using VPN. Some keys are region locked on GMG (Bethesda for sure) but I don't think Tell Tale are...

well as a seller u pay 8% + 0,35EURO fees so they should get it lower that those 3,8euro to make profit (i don't think they sell it without profit;d)
