The person to whom you will send the gift has Restricting the region.

My guess is, that the winner of your GA is complaining that your gift is region restricted and he/she can not activate it. Is that your problem?

If your game had Region Restriction then you should not gave it away in steamgifts site !

You should give him/her a Region Free copy of your giveaway game !

Debias dar una copia sin restriccion de activacion, como esta escrito en las reglas de SteamGifts.

You can do a lot...buy a region free version of that game and give it to the winner...
or write support, maybe they can delete your giveaway, because you where to lazy to read the FAQ....
or you could simply live with a "not received" in your profile stats.

Y como exactamente le doy una copia de del juego sin restricciones al ganador, el juego lo tengo como si fuera un item de steam, un poco de ayuda me vendria de maravilla. Espero la respuesta para poder comprar el gift como es devido.

I read the FAQ but it was my mistake to ignore the restriction of regions. I'm trying to mend my mistake, so I would like not to give by miss things like that. The winner dich me ouch no problem if resive the gift that you see in the page. I try to buy the gift without restriction of region but I can not give me a little help in that aspect would be helpful.

I just won a "Waveform" Restricted gift for Russia, and the owner didnt even contacted me since I cant redeem it.

After two days porfin contact the winner again and tells me it can not recibier the new gift without restriction. What's going on? The winner is Tai-wan
