The price in dollars and euros is different between store regions. In euros it's much cheaper, that's why I also marked it with "bold". I am not sure if Humble will fix this at some point, but I'd thought it's better to list it there, for anyone that might want to take advantage of the situation.

Spintires at $2.24(down to 2.01 with 10% off for monthly subscribers) is a historic low I believe.
I have been meaning to get this back(especially now that I have a steering wheel and pedal setup) after I traded my only copy along with Stellaris for Halo Wars 2(which has never been bundled). This sounds like the right time to do it.

I added it. It's been in 2 bundles already (Tier 2 and 3) but it's still an ok price. Plus, indeed, it's a historical low, according to SteamDB (max discount was 75%). Thank you!

Yeah. I know. I traded my copy from one of those bundles awhile ago. Now that I have an actual steering wheel and pedal setup, I was looking to get it back so I decided to get it in this sale. I didn't even have to pay for it because of some leftover HB credit.

The old title is still very valid. The group i play with has yet to see any significant difference in the new game (apart from cockpit view). Re-release will only be worth it if the new publishers keep their promise and roll out plenty of updates!

Hmmm... debatable. It's been bundled 3 times until now (all Humble Bundles, Tier 1 / 2, however old bundles - 3 or 4 years ago). You might be able to trade for it, since it's not extremely rare. I think I would find 1.49€ a bit too expensive for it's value.
If you use Barter.vg, you can see that there are 28 people who have it in their tradeables. You can also look at the past offers for it, its value is roughly equivalent to a Tier 2 game: https://barter.vg/i/144/ ("Tradeable" and "54 Completed Trades" sections)
It's been discounted to 90% in every major sale since 2015, so it's likely to be discounted during the Autumn / Winter sales too. If you plan on getting it either way and you're already subscribed to Humble Monthly, then I guess it's better to buy it now and use the extra 10% discount, since it's unlikely to go lower than 90% on Steam.
I can't say anything about the game itself though, I haven't played it.
