I have found a 96% deal (I don't really know if there is another one), it's Silence of the Sleep.

I don't think that I'll buy a game on the HB-Sale, just because there aren't too many games I'd like to buy anyway - I have almost everything I wanted.

But at the moment, I'm thinking of buying "Endless Space 2" on Steam, even if it's reduced only to half of it's prize. Don't really lnow if it's worth it. :/

Fairy Fencer F and Fairy Fencer F ADF

Fairy Fencer ADF is the complete version of Fairy Fencer F. You won't miss anything if you don't play the original version. If you don't own Fairy Fencer F, go ahead and buy Fairy Fencer ADF.

There are some caveats though. Fairy Fencer F is more stable and have lower PC requirement, while Fairy Fencer F ADF has higher requirement and not too stable from the last time I checked the discussion (3-4 months ago, haven't checked it since).

Here are the highlighted deals:

• Fairy Fencer F -90% @ $2.99
  Only recommended for low end machine and people who want to play it right away.
  I'd suggest buying this with Surpass Your Limit Set DLC, if you are a penny-pincher and don't want to spend money on cosmetic DLCs.
• Fairy Fencer F Complete Edition -85% @ $5.24
  You will receive separate keys for base game and DLC
  For DLC collector, and people who want to see the main characters in swimwear.
  There is the DLC pack sold separately, but it's a bad deal.
• Fairy Fencer F ADF -85% @ $7.49
  Repeat of historical deal. If you really don't care about DLCs, it's still a good deal if you want to play it right away and you have a more recent machine.
  This price is buyable if you want to play it right away, though with this trend, it might go to -90% or base price drop, since the fanbase are angry over the decision to sell the game with low discount at launch for a game that is 70-80% repeat of original, and not many people would like to replay the game all over again.
• Fairy Fencer F ADF Complete Deluxe Set -80% @ $11.32
  If you are on edge about the DLCs, might as well grab the whole thing, since DLCs are usually on sales at 50%, rarely below. It might go lower in the future, but hey, it's a good deal.

Wait for the next sale, unless you are a fan of the series.

Monster Monpiece -90% @ $1.99

Mediocre rubbing game at historical low. It's unlikely to go any lower, unless bundled. Grab it if you want to have some cheap experience. Looks like this will become the new default sale price.

Moero Chronicle

The better rubbing game with nude mod in the making, but with this trend, just wait 6 more month or 1 year for the cut to go above 75%.

Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart -90% @ $2.99

It has been on sales at this price for a while. You won't gain or lose anything by buying it now or let it sit in your wishlist. Won't lose much money even if the price drops.

Even so, I don't recommend getting the game on this sale. The game is buggy and may crash depending on the machines (and I personally experienced them). Buy it on Steam sales at the same price, so that you can get a refund if the game doesn't work well on your machine.

The DLC Collection is also on sale. It's not the best price, though it's unlikely that such sale repeats in the future. I don't recommend getting everything unless you are a DLC collector. Some recommended DLCs are:

• Hyperdevotion Noire: Ultimate Party Member "Tiara" (if you like Fairy Fencer, but she is quite OP and game breaking, though)
• Hyperdevotion Noire: Ultimate Member "IF"
• Hyperdevotion Noire: Ultimate Member "Compa"
• Hyperdevotion Noire: Ultimate Member "Sting"

Trillion: God of Destruction -90% @ $2.99

If you are interested in the game, it might be a good time to grab the game, since it's at a new historical low.

If you haven't owned the game, and you are a DLC collector, grab the Deluxe Bundle -81% @ $6.83. You won't see the DLC on sale below 50%. You will receive one key for the base game and DLC

Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth

The price is not the lowest. You should have caught it on slightly deeper sale on multiple occasions during this year. If you didn't, either wait for it or pay a few more bucks.

Megadimension Neptunia VII

You would want to buy Digital Complete Set -70% @ $22.63, since you will want the DLCs, but probably not at the current cut. There was a short sale for this game where the Complete Set went for just $15.09 last August.

Just wait for a better sale if you already have too many games in your library, or bite the bullet and pay $7.5 more for it. The sale price of this game is going down at a slower pace compared to other games, though.

Hyperdimension Neptunia U: Action Unleashed -90% @ $2.99

Hack and slash game. Recommended buy at historical lowest.

Grab the 2 DLCs while you are at it, though there is no rush - you can just buy them later on Steam or other sales:

• Neptunia U - Difficult Quest -50% @ $0.49
• Neptunia U - Bonus Quest -50% @ $0.49

MegaTagmension Blanc + Neptune VS Zombies -80% @ $5.99

Hack and slash game, successor of Neptunia U. Good buy at historical lowest.

If you are a DLC collector, grab the Deluxe Bundle -75% @ $8.99. You won't see the DLC on sale below 50% on its own.

I think calling stuff historic low is misleading.
Im in brazil, steam store in BRL... Necropolis lowest was R$8,34, on Humble its R$14,62

Considering how this site and steam have international reach and how steam works with dozens of currencies historical low should be avoided or idn 'historical low in usd' or something.

I got excited with the chart and all the historical lows until i started converting.

Pass this fall sale, since the currency conversion still high on my country.
