Your only option is to buy the legendary edition because it is cheaper on a slae then the separate DLCs... I had to do the same so I bought it on this sale

as far as i remember they havent done dlc packs for the previous elder scrolls games, so you might be outta luck there.

you could try greenmangaming if they have sales on dlc's and see if the total amount is less than LE. if not, well..you'd have to just get LE.

Have in mind, Bethesda sale logic:
Base game: 75% OFF
GOTY edition: 66% OFF
DLCs: 50% OFF
I think games that have GOTY, Complete, Super-New-Complete-Whatever edition, should have an upgrade option with a proportional "discount" since it would be very easy to add this option for purchase on Steam. Doesn't happen with many games though.

And I mean, I don't feel like buying the damn game again just for the dlcs, but it seems it's the only option since there is no "dlc pack" in or outside Steam that I know of, and if I try to get the expansions separately they end up costing more.
Do you know some place where can I buy some dlc pack or upgrade or something like Amazon had for Dead Island a while ago?
