[Question] Preordering games like Tomb Raider and Resident Evil 6

I'm wondering, if i get a key from a Retailer Shop (like GameHolds, G2Play, etc etc) i'll be able to pick up the bonus which are being unlocked to the people who preorder the games? Or i need to buy it directly through Steam?

Used search function but didn't find anything related to it.
