Brilliant qualifying from Ferrari! (No more new guesses after this point obviously.)
It seemed like Mercedes had found the pace in Q2, but in Q3 Ferrari were firmly in control again. Kimi was initially on top and looked set to improve on his last lap but lost out at the last sector, leading Vettel to take pole.
Bottas completely outclassed Hamilton so far the whole weekend, and the whole qualifying. What the hell happened there?

An incredibly boring race with most of the action happening at the start when Bottas makes a lightning getaway to jump both Vettel and Raikkonen. Nailbiting stuff at the end with Vettel hounding Bottas but couldn't find a way past, getting crucially impeded by Massa at the very end. Hamilton was absolutely nowhere this weekend.

Yes, another prediction event. :)
How it works
Predicting the winner would be much too easy in a field of twenty where only four drivers will likely contest most wins. To make things more interesting you will have to predict the top three finishers in the correct order and do so before the start of the qualifying session on Saturday.
Once the season has finished I will create a special winner's event for everyone who correctly predicted a race giving them a shot at some nice games.
Race Preview
So apparently this weekend the F1 cars will race at the Sochi Autodrom, a circuit where Mercedes has the unique accolade of being the only team to have led a lap. And it might be pretty boring as there will be only one stop, so little strategy needed. Here's hoping the weather gods will intervene.
