Very rarely now. 50% is pretty much the norm since Winter 2013 sale.I think its gone to 75% once since.

haha game is in top seller even when there is not even an offer, because everyone wants to be a CSGO Pro and because you can get money back by selling stuff it gives. Game used to have 75% offer before it went so popular and before lots of ppl started making pro teams playing important matches there, I remember I got it for 2,5€ for my friend. There is no reason for Valve to put an offer more than 50% now, game is too popular, and ppl who really wanna play it and spend lots of hours in it have no problems paying even full price.

its worth to buy it even when its not on sale,since u will make the money back in a few weeks/months from drops,especially during big tournaments like ESL and Dreamhack when there are package drops which are worth from 2 euro up to 40-50 euro,or when a new operation launches cases are worth literally twice the amount the operation itself is worth if it has good skins in it,so CSGO is worth even when on full price :)
