yeah, definitely :) I fell in love with it when I saw the first trailer :D as I loved Journey as well, but I can understand why is it not as big wow as for me :)

I doubt that you can ask for a refund for Choice, but I actually have no idea. Anyway, while this was also the first month of Choice to disappoint me, it's still offering some nice value. And with so few other bundles of convincing quality as alternatives ...

I think I remember reading a post where someone had done it, and Support was nice about it. Main requirement is, of course, not having redeemed a single key. But otherwise, it should in theory be a non-issue, if made by mistake (believing it was paused and contacting them soon after).

It used to be entirely possible to refund Monthly (they formulated it as a "one time exception" or something like that), I doubt they've changed their police since (although I can't be 100% sure, of course).

yep, happened to me once, they said they'll make an one time exception, since I am regular and I have not redeemed a single key
EDIT: However my friend forgot to pause monthly, asked for refund with none of the keys revealed and they said they can't refund it and they are sorry

My second month of Humble Monthly (a few years ago), I meant to pause, but forgot to do so. I immediately put in a ticket (owning up to my mistake and being as polite as possible), and they refunded me, but said it was a one-time thing. If you're new now, maybe they would extend the same courtesy. However, it is now years later, and under new management, so who knows.

Yep I just saw the receipt in my mailbox and I was sure I paused as soon as it was announced since I already own Gris and Hitman and I wasn't paying 12 bucks for We are the Police 2. Oh well, looks like I did.

Ouch, sorry about that! Not sure about humble choice but yeah I got a refund once with monthly by telling the support I tried to cancel (it said it was? so I'm still not sure what happened) and it hadn't gone through, so asked them to please check that I did it correctly this time so next month's would be cancelled. And they refunded it without me even asking since I hadn't revealed any keys yet.
Not sure about the others from the month but Gris and Hitman 2 are two my favourite games. :) Cheers!

I activated Gris, Truberbrook, and Molek-Syntez. I'm sure Hitman 2 is really good but I'm not interested in playing it so it's better off in a giveaway than in my library collecting dust!
