request new winner ?!

hi there,

i won a game 3 days ago , and the creator didn't send me the key or accept my invite in steam , so i waited the key on my email and he didn't send me any thing !

and then i invite him again and i think he blocked me probably , so i can't invite him , so now i didn't see the game on my won games !

and i got this problem 1 month ago with dirt showdown !

i cheeked my e-mail here 3 times

any one want the creator account on steam just tell me
