Wait a minute, there are actually people who genuinely enjoy NASCAR?!

I mean yeah, I don't give any fuggz about racing either. But, if you're honestly debating the popularity of the sport, there's really only one person who you are making look dumb.

Your right! NASCAR is a pretty popular sport. Has a decent fan base. If you were to ever experience a race you would see all the fans.

That didn't make any kind of sense. If it's 10% off, of course it is *lessP expensive. It's, like, simple math?

Saving 5 bucks with a 10% discount isn't what will make things still affordable to some.
And yeah it does make sense, if you take ozo's comment into consideration, i highly doubt a 10% discount would make him change his mind into buying the game, it would remain expensive. But hey that's just me i guess.
And the 50% off bit simply states that some titles even 50% off are still expensive to my eyes and not worth the buck.

Is this a game about racing cars or watching cars race?
I'm a nascar fan so I want the later, if I wanted to race cars I'd get Ridge Racer or Grand Turismo.

I don't get your logic. Of course Rally and F1 require immense skill, but that does not mean that NASCAR does not, just because the racing track is in a different shape. It's just different kind of skill.
Following your logic, F1 is stupid because you are not alone on the mountain/snowy track trying to get the best time, OR Rally is stupid because you have a guy telling you what is coming next. But that is not true, they both require skill and experience. So does NASCAR, even if you don't want to believe. It's not easy driving ~280 km/h in a tight formation for hours and not bumping anyone around you.

Yeah. You're right. No form of pro racing is easy. Period. In NASCAR, you're dealing with a lot of aerodynamic variables that aren't as present in many other forms of racing.
I don't prefer NASCAR, but I definitely respect the skill of the drivers involved. It's a different kind of skill, but requisite nonetheless.

Looking for anyone who is getting the NASCAR The Game: 2013 or has it right now in that beta. I have created a group for anyone who owns this game and would like to easily communicate with each other and form races online with each other.
