Can I reqruiment members for rocket league trading group?

Hi, I just created rocket league trading group and I want to recruitment more members so I tought to public that group here.
Im not sure if Im able or Im not, because its public group and that group is not for steamgifts...

yes, there are currently some groups recruiting people and they aren't focused on giveaways.
