Timed out on Indiegala

i was buying the 4 bundles for my friends birthday, and upon buying the 4th bundle the monday bundle, it said i was unable to buy it with my email, i thought it was a bug then i did it again, then it said i was unable to buy it with my card? how long am i timed out for because her birthday is tomorrow and i wanted to surprise her with allot of games (im asking this because i can't find anything about it, it never happened to me)
