Is Borderlands 2 worth it solo?

Buy it. I completed it on solo, tons of fun! You can also play with strangers if you want, of course.

Most of my time was solo, and I have over 240 hours. So yes.

Buy it and ask your friends to play it again with you. One run isn't enough to put a char on the higher lvls...

Personally I found it way more fun with friends. But there's always the option of online co op and it's still fun solo.

Im going to go against the rest here, borderlands its super boring solo, maybe 1 or or two but it gets boring really fast. Its basically the same as borderlands 1, play it with friends or die of boredom.

It's a game built with co-op in mind, personally i find it enjoyable even on solo, but only the first run.

I enjoyed BDL 2 more than the first one solo, great game.

I played borderlands one just did not like it, but I started playing borderlands 2 with friends, and I think a good game. No coop would seem to me not so funny,, (sorry my english lvl)

Solo is great, especially the first time through - rushing through those games to keep up with a party (even worse if someone is a veteran) takes away the thrill of doing it yourself, and the enjoyment of seeing everything and finding the hidden treasures at your own pace.

After you've beaten the game, sure, go nuts in multiplayer if you want, but solos still fun on harder difficulties.

I found it enjoyable solo, however its the multi-player and other classes that add re-playability to the game after it would be expiration date solo.

I must be the only one ever who doesn't like Borderlands. I think it is boring, really so. Co-op or not.

Game is boring after 15hrs co-op with 1 friend, i think solo i'll be bored to death in 2-3hrs.
I can buy now season pass for cheap, but no i didn't buy it because it's boring :)

over 400 hours played, about half with friends and still not bored.
the dlcs are very cool

best game ever made ! and the season pass 4 dlc's just make it 100% better :D
