You can now pre-purchase Grand Theft Auto V on Steam - do not do it!

pre purchase & get Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas lol 99% people which pre purchase, i'd imagine they already own that game anyway

is steam version of the game region locked?I have seen that ppl buy it from chinese steam store for 30 USD.I thought that gifts has cross country trading and gifting disabled according to steamdb.

I don't know, I found GTA V rather weak compared to GTA IV.

Not saying it's a bad game, I just was a bit disappointed because I wanted its plot to be as dark and realistic as IV's.

Won't pre-order it because pre-order version feels worse than release day version:/

I considered it "Safe" to pre-order because it's already been released, so we know it's not a crap game.
