It costs them more to get Steam keys I think, so they probably picked and chose which games to get keys for and which they wouldn't.

Pretty sure they're not just re-selling keys, and as far as I know Steam doesn't charge you for generating product keys.
So it don't make sense.
Especially since Beat Hazard is probably the most well-known of the bunch. Bundles usually have at least one game with a lot of pull, so people can say "eh, I don't care about Racing Game #2098 or the rest of these, but it's a good deal for that one game alone".
This will just turn off the "no Steam no buy hurr" crowd, plus it might even not include the Ultra DLC. If it does, they should have listed it as Beat Hazard Ultra instead. If it doesn't, then it sucks because you can't just buy the DLC separately for the DRM-free version.

Dang you were quick to find that! It just went live!
Do the video descriptions thing work for anyone else? It shows the wrong video for a bunch of em for me.

I had the same problem on my normal monitor pc. Switched to my widescreen pc and it was better. Try using IE if you don't have a widescreen. Worked for my friend.

So the ones that aren't on Steam - looking at Beat Hazard - won't give you the Steam Achievements?

Yeah, the EA Indie Bundle basically killed the meaning of indie.

"Being independent, indie developers do not have controlling interests or creative limitations and do not require publisher approval as mainstream game developers usually do. Design decisions are thus also not limited by the allocated budget."
Quoted from the closest thing I could find to a definition of 'indie game'. Are the above statements true for 'indie' developers that make contracts with publishers?
Beyond those, does such a developer have unlimited development time?
