These cipher puzzles are crazy make me feel dumb. The obvious translations don't work. So don't even know where to begin...

Decode the binary code to get a 8 character string
Find the right website that uses that string, the attached image holds that particular site at the end of the image url. (jigidi.com)
solve the jigsaw to see the code for the GA

Switch each number to the corresponding letter in the alphabet, 1 > A, 2 > B ....
there is a hidden link with a binary code giving, when decoded, you the correct format of where caps should be used.
