just for science
On the question you raised in your other thread,
It's okay to stay where you are if you feel that you can still grow there. If you can learn new things, get a job, find relationships (or if you already have a job and relationships, that's fine). If for now living with your parents helps give you a strong foundation for doing other things, then that's fine. If on the other hand it keeps you from doing things, that's not so good.
You could also take it one step at a time, though it's not necessarily easy either. Getting used both to living on your own and living in another city with no support can be a problem. If you can move out of your parents' place but stay close enough, that might be a good start. Once you get used to living on your own, that aspect will not be as hard and it might be easier to cope with moving elsewhere.
As others have said, you're still young. You can take your time doing things. Just make sure you're moving forward.

I'm very late for the other thread but since it's just reborn, here's my suggestion:
1) find something you like doing
2) do it
3) if 2) doesn't pay the bills, find something that you don't hate doing too much and that does, and do it
4) don't let doing 3) prevent you from doing 2)
(also, for many things you don't need to move to a specific area to study, you can probably find either online courses or something more local than the capital city)

There's nothing wrong with staying at home until you figure out what you want to do. I lived at home until I was 22. My father died when I was in high school, so I wasn't able to go to college right out of high school. I had to get a job and work to help out my mom pay bills and shit. I've had some other obstacles that kept my life from going as I wanted or planned, but you just have to keep on keeping on.

I tried to help you in your previous thread: https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/oa4XH/what-to-do-if-i-dont-know-which-decision-to-make#YYhY3Cy
Not sure if it helped...

Maybe try finding work or schooling closer to home? Or maybe you could work closer to home so you could live in your own place? That way you can feel somewhat in your normal environment while also getting out on your own. 23 is really quite young and you shouldn't feel pressured to quickly make a decision. I wish you well! ^_^

I'm struggling with life-changing decisions too right now.
I'm afraid I'm not the best person to give advices right now. -
But see, I was a pretty lonely one some time ago, then as I moved to the capital to study five years ago, I decided I couldn't take it anymore. I had a few hobbies, poetry, books, tabletop rpgs, so I looked for hobby-related groups in the area.
I was lucky enough to meet some nice people, and the one that I can call my best friend now.
