According to IndieGala's EULA:
"You many not use the Service if you have previously been removed or banned from the Service by INDIEGALA."
If that's the case for your bans and how they find out it it is, I don't know

Last time I got answer from support - "for some reason your account was locked. Now we unlocked it." I think they have different types of bans (locks) - last time I was not able to enter my library. Now - they just don't allow to enter GAs.
Due to the raise of bot attacks to giveaways section ( who were ruining the experience of all users with thousands of fraudulent entries per hour ) we decided, among other measures we took, to forbid any disposable email address on indiegala.
In case your email domain is a disposable one ( or seen as disposable by major anti spam services ) please contact support and we will change your email ar re-enable your profile.
One of the staff members answered why they ban some accounts (look like they ban huge amount of accounts - I see that before it was 1000s of entries and now just 2 or 3 hundreds). I'm not sure what was in head of employee who ban gmail addresses and how changing of address will help them. I'm level 5 with bunch of bundle purchases - so this ban very strange.

The IndieGala Feudalife mini-game is up right now - apparently people can get Steam games from it. Any ideas how to make the mini-game actually start up? I keep getting stuck on the loading screen, has been like this every time I try. Also, is the mini-game even worth trying?
