Can anyone tell me why steam is randomly in another language?

OK so im sitting on the couch miles away from my screen so I cant see my notifications in Steam client on my PC, i open my browser which is minimized with steam trades open, I click my steam bookmark in the bookmarks toolbar that I always use and BAM! steam loads in a random language! Im still signed in cause I havent closed my browser since I got home. Everything seems normal except the language... Help?

Edit: (copy paste of the navigation menu is this helps)

Proxy software that changes your IP so the Steam site give you language from this IP ?

Ah I did just install Hamachi to play the Ship with my mate, maybe this caused it?... how Do I fix it?...

That's Italian. I have Steam in english, but it should work as follows:

Click in the upper left corner on "Steam", then "settaggi", then the tab named "interfaccia". The first option there is the language.

Restart, profit. :)

OK if I go to steam home its in English, in the language dropdown english is not an option :( only changes to italian when I go to any other page. Im currently not logged in as I closed the browser and reopened to see if it would fix it. Havent logged back in yet as im still suspicious, can never be too careful haha
