I'm noob. Ok. So, I made CS:GO giveaway (my first) and the winner is guy, which was online 40 days ago. I also can't add him in my friend-list cuz steam says I can't. And I can't send him the gift cuz steam doesn't want (It doesn't says that gift was sent, and I can send it again and again). What should I do now?
