I can't vote, because I think all levels deserve some games, and high levels are already in many whitelists and Steam groups, so they win more anyway. Also, thinking of the people who are too poor to buy their own games, which means also too poor to be high level. They may be more happy over wins than people who can buy any game they want.

Your poll won't work because the majority of users are level 0/1 and why would they vote on "yes, more level 10 gibs!" if they cannot join them... I personally think appreciating the high levels is always nice and most of the time leaves you with less struggle than with low level users :)
EDIT: I own all of the games you made gibs for (or don't want them) and if you want to raise your level, you need to have at least 5 entries on a giveaway. So some bundled games might be better to set to slightly lower levels in order for you to get the CV!

And you're right. You only need 5+ entries in group/whitelist/private GAs. For public, there just has to be at least a winner to receive CV.

I voted YES, wholeheartedly. There aren't NEARLY enough high level giveaways on this site, and since those high levels give away a LOT of games, they definitely deserve some love, too (even if I can't enter them!) XD

As for your question, I don't mind having giveaways for higher levels though I feel like having more of them would or could discourage lower level users from contributing. So.. I don't really have a firm opinion on this :D

Please don't be angry and if you only want to win games there.... umm... maybe use simple math
Level 0 giveaways: You're chances to win game = hundreds thousands of games BUT 1 of 1000/5000 chances to win
Level 5 giveaways: Chances = hundreds of games BUT / AND 1 of 300/400 chances to win
Level 8-10 giveaways = few / tens of games AND 10-100 chances to win...
Now calculate where you can win many of games often...
If you think that people who gave away thousands of dollars don't deserve better odds with higher level giveaways... It's sad .
But hey. You can always become higher level and see it by yourself.
I am sure I will win some level 5+ giveaways in the couple of days ;)

As for the question! I tend to make at least level 3 for forum giveaways since I like giving a higher chance to those who give already! Although... High level (7-10) is a nice idea. Not many people do it, and people assume thatlevel 10s etc have every game under the sun, but in reality they don't. So try to maybe do a mix :3

on level 2 more elite
and so on - level 10 are super super elites :D

I finally get there but I won't be on the forum usually or never.
I am not good in english and I am using a lot of google translator :(
But I want to participate in this site because it is amazing :D

I always don't know what to say so I will say what I am thinking about this site.
There are 2 things.
And if there would be more higher level giveaways, for example 90% of unbundled games would be on level 7+, the people would try to obtain that level, even with bundled games.
So the site would have even more fantastic lotteries :D
That's why I decided to make those giveaways:
All of these will be active for the next 15 hours so I think it is enought time.
The Lego game will last longer, becasue I know it is special for more people than those bundled games ^^
For me 6 hours is good and I try to make it but I don;t like this calendars :(
I would rather write how many hours and days it should be active :)
