Surprisingly enough I'm not really pissed about it, it's not like I could have known at the time and from the looks of it the Arches cards are slightly cheaper to upgrade, and those fragments are harder to come by than ARP.

Void in countries where prohibited.
This is the only indication about the eligibility of other countries. Since it's digital goods that have no value outside of the website, it isn't a legal hassle at all (compared to physical rewards, or digital rewards with monetary value like games). I would assume that the daily sweepstakes are a "true" worldwide, with the only exceptions being countries where gambling and other luck/random-based stuff is illegal.

To anyone having issues installing Homeworld 3: I had to torture Steam client multiple times as download completed 100% but files refused to unpack for reasons unknown "content servers unreachable". Exiting client and launching Steam again a few times did the trick.

Looks nice but I think it's worth next to nothing if you already have the Stanley Excvation set. (15% market discount.) The only advantage of this artifact over the set is that you can use it together with another artifact that gives 1% discount.

Do you have the "Chai Stones" artifact? The other two items in the Stanley Excavation set that he is talking about is probably going to hit the marketplace next (as they are the two artifacts I believe that have been out of the marketplace the longest). If you (or anyone reading this) does, I would suggest against upgrading the light warping artifact that much as the amount you will save with upgrading the artifact probably won't outpace how much you can earn with other good artifacts upgraded, especially if you can nab the whole stanley excavation set by end of year or something. Once you get the set, you effectively only get an additional 1% discount but you spent 58 or so fragments to get to that point. 58 fragments can turn the best artifact (twitch pn295) from +1 to +15 more arp daily or maybe a more mediocre artifact from +1 to +5 daily.
It's kind of a shame that it's the case since veterans (me included) are incentivized to join the daily sweepstakes as you get +5 arp everytime you submit an entry along with the chance of getting an actual upgrade for us, which is the HPC (+25% global arp [minus twitch]). The Light Warping would be thrown aside and probably wouldn't ever be used until we get to the point where we are swimming in fragments and the benefits is still a lousy 1% (or technically 1.2%)

I just reached tier 4 today so I went through the whole list of old giveaways again looking for stuff that still had keys and managed to get one for MythForce, not bad considering that I think those have been sitting there for months.
BTW does anyone knows what the old levels were? There's a couple that still have keys and ask for level 30 but I have no clue of how much ARP that even is.

I believe that all level requirement giveaways are broken now that everything is on the new ARP system. Here's some full games that I have found that still have keys to them, it may not be an exhaustive list (there are no lists that I am aware of) as I didn't dig through every single giveaway ever but I'd be surprised if you find another game key giveaway. oh whoops, I put a level 20+ giveaway, that's my bad. Yeah you're not getting a key from that like I said. It can't be a level requirement giveaway, just a Tier giveaway. I can't test any of them since I already grabbed them back when the ARP system was based on levels and not tiers. Tested a level 10+ giveaway with a Galactic (Tier 4 now) user and he got an error.
