Unlikely, the only tier drop event was for TESO.
Other games might not happen again unless it's major event.

Was Day 2 of Twitch Drops (5000 assuming the 1st time and 5000 the 2nd)

If total 40k keys is the total keys amount, so probably they'll do 8 days Twitch Drops.
But to be honest I didn't expect it has a big demand that many places got out of stock that soon.

Not surprising considering it's a realistic shooter. They probably have a toned down/censored version in China, if at all. Not sure about the other countries, though.

You don"t need the set of Pn295 Collapsed Star in my opinion. Your main setup should be Pn295 CS (15 ARP for Twitch daily) + Chai Stone (2x6 ARP most days for login) and the third could be the one giving +6 for time on site or the one giving +5 (or+6, can't remember) on Discord polls or if you don't have enough fragments to upgrade all then even Scion of the Light is decent (+2 ARP for Twitch daily with only one cheap upgrade and only costs 1 ARP on the marketplace) as your 3rd standard artifact.

The only thing I do is that when I do Steam quests or buy something on the marketplace / game vault I switch out the two Twitch artifacts for Pn 295 Recycler (+15 ARP for Steam quests) and H'erkow Fertility Robes. The latter does nothing in itself but Chai Stone + Pn 295 Recycler + the Robes makes up the Stanley Excavation Set which adds a further +5 ARP to Steam quests and provides a 15% marketplace discount.

You can earn a bit more ARP if you switch around artifacts daily but it's too much hassle for me.

The point price isn't tied to the popularity but to the cost.
So it might be possible that D & D are both Destiny 2 Final Shape DLC, just the one the basic and the other one with the season pass like they did with Lightfall DLC.
That would be a big difference in price and points.
Don't know about the Tier....can't remember the Tiers for the two Lightfall versions either.

Well the Dead by Daylight: Dungeons & Dragons link will be broken for all people since it's not revealed yet.
So probably need to wait several days until they list it up on any platform like Steam or anything else.

Well they finally announced DbD: D&D DLC out, updated the link as well.

Although just in case if people cares about it, The FInal Shape DLC probably is just the Base one, not the one with Annual Pass or Premium or Deluxe or whatever else ver is called.

It starts in 1.5hrs.

It's like random given, not sure how or method.
Also it's upcoming, probably within 2 weeks.
So until then we'll know more how will it be done.

I already connected my Steam account a while ago (even disconnected and reconnected it today, to no avail). I do not own Celeste, and have never played it (no free weekend or other means). I never won a Community Giveaway. I've entered several community giveaways before, so I was eligible before. The only remaining option would be the suspension, but I didn't get notified about that. Did I get suspended? If so, why? If not, why am I suddenly not eligible? I have been on Tier 2 since March or April; so it's not a Tier problem either.

I'm in EU, though... And, if it was region locked, wouldn't the giveaway not show up at all? 🤔
