Are those giveaways region restricted? All I ever see in this site is "All out! There are no more keys left in this giveaway!" even though I'm pretty sure that other users can get their keys.

You must have been inactive for quite some time. AWA changed their level system to a tier system. Your former level 5 equates tier 1. Requirements for giveaways are in tiers now not levels.

My last emblem or whatever is from 2022-06-19... not that long ago.
But yeah ARP can now be used to redeem stuff directly, which could be a good thing, but this tier system looks pretty steep.
Anyway I remember using it actively, but never managed to actually grab anything, since they operated with ridiculously low number of codes (we're talking couple of hundreds), which ran out in mere seconds.
