SOLUTIONS
Main puzzle:
Hidden Puzzle:
Every picture of the main puzzle has a character on the top left. You should open the picture in a new tab to see it bigger (and maybe change the brightness to see it clearer). The 8 characters form an ITH which brings you to Act 1.
The note is coded using BASE64. You can use XLATE to decode it. Here comes the part that had everybody confused: Password to open it: your birthday. I was talking about the time machine. The ITH is supossed to be the safe box. It was just plot related. I'm sorry for the confusion :(
Talk to Edward Carnby. He is the main character of the Alone in the Dark franchise, and Alone in the Dark was also one of my first giveaways, so there's where you could find him (Act 2).
Last part. Here you find a note telling you to find the missing picture, going to the same the place where the others were and giving you this: xWmGblr. That place is imgur (as I pointed on every picture of the main puzzle), so you could find it here: http://imgur.com/xWmGblr.
That picture has a mark on one song. That song is Angel by Judas Priest (Judas Priest - Angel, like on youtube, and other formats are valid too). That's the answer for the safe box or how you prove you are worthy ;). The solution brings you to the hidden giveaways (Act 3).
Thanks to everybody for your interest and your kind comments. It was absolutely amazing.
See you next time ;)

Damn, I never thought of checking your GAs, just searched for the character's bday and since in his story they were all born 40 years apart from each other I thought it was about that D:
Judas Priest is cool tho!

-Heisenberg.
-You're goddamn wrong. This is not a puzzle about TV shows, son.
The weirdest thing happened to me yesterday: a man in suit came to my house offering me some pictures to make a puzzle here. He looked somehow nervous and irritated, like he didn't like the idea and was being forced to do so. He also promised me some full Cv points in return. I took a look at the pictures and they seemed fine enough for a puzzle. Plus, free Cv? So here we are!
He put two conditions, though: I could only post those 8 pictures and in that same exact order.
You know the rules: don't share any hints/solutions. 4 games await you on the other side until the end of the month (Lv1+). The man in suit promised me that his would have the same deadline and level restriction.
Now, say my name.
SOLUTIONS
NEW:
The man in suit just called and he is mad. I took a deeper look at the pictures and now I get why.
To be fair, I told him that I didn't know the pictures would look so tiny on itstoohard, but he is right when he told me this: when you start making puzzles, you learn 2 things fast:
